What if I’ve forgotten my Password and/or User Name?

Forgotten Password - Below the “Already Registered? Login Now” section of the ‘Home Page’, enter your User Name and select the “Forgot Password?” link. Your password will be sent to the primary email address listed in the registration.

OR

From the email that was sent to you upon the start of your registration, select the link for your password reminder. Your User Name was included as part of the email.

OR

Select the ‘Contact Us’ page link while on the portal. Next to “Forgot Password?” choose the “Click Here” link.

Forgotten User Name - Below the “Already Registered? Login Now” section of the ‘Home Page’, select the “Forgot User Name?” link. On the next screen, you will be prompted to enter the Primary email address that was listed during registration. You will be sent an email that contains your User Name.
